Customer Support Representative
Be the trusted first point of contact for the affiliate and IB managers running their partner programmes on Cellxpert. You will solve operational questions, triage technical issues, and turn what you hear from clients into the feedback that shapes the platform.
What you'll do
- Respond to operational support requests from affiliate managers and IBs across regulated iGaming and Finance clients, by chat, email, and scheduled call.
- Investigate platform questions end to end. Reproduce the issue, identify the root cause, and either resolve it or hand off cleanly to the Integration Engineering team.
- Maintain and improve internal knowledge base entries based on the questions clients actually ask.
- Partner with Account Managers to keep them informed of any client signal worth escalating, before it becomes a retention conversation.
- Surface recurring product friction to the Product team with the evidence to make it actionable.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role at a B2B SaaS, fintech, iGaming, or affiliate-marketing company.
- Comfort reading and writing SQL or working with structured data exports to investigate client questions.
- Excellent written English. Calm, structured communication under pressure.
- A bias toward owning the answer, not just routing the ticket.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of affiliate marketing, IB partnerships, or regulated trading.
- Familiarity with HTTP, server-to-server postbacks, and basic web debugging tools.
- Additional languages used in regulated iGaming or Forex markets.
