We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to create a long-term, trusting relationship with our B2B clients. We are a boutique technology company, located in Tel Aviv near Rothschild street, developing technology for the online marketing industry. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills and a great ability to guide and train our clients about the usage of our product. As part of your role, you will be in charge of all aspects related to our B2B clients, developing strong relationships and answer their queries.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the focal point of contact for our clients.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Lead onboarding processes of new clients.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English – Must.
- Native Hebrew.
- Strong analytical skills and technical orientation – Must.
- Experience with Online marketing – Advantage.
- Excellent people skills and intuitive to clients’ business needs.
- The ability to work independently and within a team.
- Adaptability and strong problem – solving skills.
