CX: How did you know it was time to start looking for a new technology provider, Filip?

FS: It was the result of an internal decision to focus on what we do best and partner with a specialist to do the rest. We had been using an in-house developed solution and our main business area specialism is of course marketing not software development, so we decided to move forward with a external high-end solution from a company that is really dedicated to doing just that. Cellxpert was the obvious choice. 

CX: What were some of the key challenges and pain points you were experiencing that you needed help to overcome?

FS: We really needed more detailed reporting for our clients, a better dashboard interface for our staff, and seamless tracking & performance reporting which made Cellxpert the solution of choice.

FS: Hands down , the Wide range of S2S postbacks, invoicing and payments functionality, good reporting overview and the messaging system.The moment we completed the migration we saw an impact on different areas not only on affiliates but also in the technology that left us space to be more effective on our other concurrent projects. 

CX: What advice can you give to others who might be at a similar stage in their business journey and looking to find the right partnerships to save time and get more efficient and better data to scale their businesses?
