We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Office Manager to join our team.
He/She will support the Finance and Operation departments to Issue invoices and receipts to customers, conduct recruitment, execute welfare initiatives, and ensure smooth and efficient office operations.

Job description
- Taking care of the office to keep it running as pleasant and as welcoming as needed.
- Assist with all administrative, and logistic items.
- Issue invoices and receipts to customers, addressing and resolving client questions and issues relating to invoices.
- Receiving, sorting, and tracking incoming payments and providing regular, accurate reports of billing data.
- Prepare daily bank transactions reconciliation.
- Process employee expense reports, travel reimbursements and all expense reports.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all recruiting activities in applicant tracking system
- Provide timely follow-up and status updates to candidates and hiring managers
- Onboarding process execution for new employees.
- Identify and execute welfare initiatives.
- Assist with additional projects when required.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in Hebrew and in English
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding organization skills; able to manage and prioritize multiple requirements and projects.
- 1+ year of recruiting experience- an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software applications – an advantage.
